Who we are
Annot - Scottish Gaelic name. Meaning: “light-bringer”; also “radiance.”
Symbolism: illumination and clarity.
Space - noun an available area or extent (like "room"), the boundless universe beyond Earth (outer space), a gap, an interval in time, or personal room for freedom
Symbolism: exploration and vastness.
annotspace is rooted in Charlestown, Fife.
A yurt, old willow and meadow hidden away from the world.
This is a space for gathering, healing, community, connection and calm
From this foundation I offer individual and group yoga therapy and an emerging integrative psychotherapy practise as continue on my 2nd year training with The Pilamaya Centre.
Working in-person and online there is a path for you.
